Pampanga 1 Electric Cooperative Incorporated is a non-profit electric cooperative based in the Philippines that is owned by its member consumer. It is established in 1972 and now serving 90,000 end users. PELCO 1’s service is inspired by its vision and mission. To be the country’s most technologically advanced electric cooperative by year 2025 and to provide reliable electric service towards total consumer satisfaction.

We at PELCO 1 utilize some of the technology in electrical distribution industry today. We have SCADA, our very own Outage Management System, ongoing AMI implementation and now a MultiSpeak standard user.
The idea of systems connectivity for easy access of data, easy analysis of information that provides easy solution to problems is remarkable.
PELCO 1 supports MultiSpeak by uploading outage reports with MultiSpeak standards. The program helps in improving the reliability by giving information used in analyzing causes of interruptions.
