13 Philippines RECs joined MultiSpeak

All Thirteen (13) Philippines’ Rural Electric Cooperatives (RECs) from Central Luzon Electric Cooperative Association (CLECA) officially signed the MultiSpeak membership subscription with their CEOs, General Managers and RECs’ board of directors during a ceremony held at Subic Bay Philippines.

In the 17 years history of MultiSpeak, this is the first time Philippines RECs joined MultiSpeak. The goal of the new MultiSpeak-Philippines RECs partnership is to provide cost-effective and practical tools, technical resources, training, U.S. “sister co-op” collaboration, testing and certification that will ultimately improve the RECs’ distribution reliability, cybersecurity and technology integration.
