First Meter-Reading software package to pass 2.2-compliance testing.

Compliance testing for Multispeak Batch-Interfaces continues. DCSI's TWACS Net Server version 2.02 SP3, known to many as TNS, passed MultiSpeak version 2.2 compliance testing today for the MR-CB batch interface (#2A).
