NRECA grants You permission to download and make electronic or physical copies of the Specification, to incorporate the Specification into software, and to grant to purchasers of that software a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use that software (including the Specification). By accepting this license, You agree that any information You have disclosed or contributed during the creation of any MultiSpeak® specification can be incorporated into the Specification and subsequent versions and that neither NRECA nor users of any MultiSpeak® specification will be required to pay You for the information or the right to use it, even if this agreement is terminated. You also agree that you will not make or maintain any claim against NRECA or any users of any MultiSpeak® specification, even if this agreement is terminated, based on any of Your intellectual property rights that you believe are infringed by the use of a MultiSpeak® specification.
Neither NRECA nor any MultiSpeak® Vendors that participated during the development of the Specification view vendors list make any representation or warranty, express or implied, with regard to MultiSpeak® Specification Version 2.0, including but not limited to any warranty of ownership or non-infringement, compatibility with other software, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This Agreement will also terminate if You fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement.

If You and NRECA talked about something relating to the Specification before You accepted this Agreement, then what was said is not an agreement.
You will submit this Agreement electronically and agree that the electronic version of the Agreement shall have the same legally binding effect as an original paper version would have.
You acknowledge that You have read all of the above terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
