This online guide will explain how and when you
may make use of MultiSpeak®
trademarks. These guidelines were developed to ensure that the
MultiSpeak® trademarks are used properly
and consistently. By doing so, we can communicate effectively
about the MultiSpeak® Initiative and
protect the trademarks from infringement. Please review this information
carefully.
MultiSpeak® is a federally registered
trademark. The “three-boomerang” MultiSpeak design
is the subject of a federal trademark application that will become
a registration. Both are owned by the National Rural Electric
Cooperative Association (“NRECA”). Only
companies that have signed a trademark licensee agreement with
NRECA (“Licensees”) are authorized to use the MultiSpeak®
trademarks to identify themselves and/or their products. Others
may use the MultiSpeak® trademarks to
refer to their products by following the “fair use”
guidelines provided here. Any proposed use of the MultiSpeak trademarks
in any way other than is addressed here, whether by a Licensee
or anyone else, requires NRECA’s prior written consent.
Please be aware that these guidelines may be updated or otherwise
changed from time to time and without notice. Check this web site
before you make a new use to get the most current guidelines.
